My diet

April 13, 2010

I ate a large egg white omelet with mushrooms, peppers and onions. I ate half for breakfast and the other half for lunch at work. I was starving but had to go to my weight watchers meeting at 6:30 pm; so I starved until after. Work was long and boring. The meeting was good they talked about monitoring and writing down. I hate to calculate my points. I don’t know why; I just do. The program works if you do it! I will try!!

I had plans to hit primo hoagie and get the low carb veggie wrap. Oh I was surprised as I drove up and they were closed. Closed, closed I just didn’t know what to do, or to eat. I went home and had a salad with turkey, ham and low fat cheese with Russian dressing. Sounds great doesn’t it! Ha the Walden farms dressing isn’t that great. The low fat cheese has no taste and the salad was just lettuce.

Salads are a trigger for me this one wasn’t that bad. I only ate a 100 calorie pack of chocolate cup cakes. I still want something sweet and feel like binging on anything. Sweet that is. I will try to stay out of the kitchen but it is calling my name. I thought I’d write and drink water to see if it helps.

April 13, 2010 cont’

I ate about 6 chocolate footballs and 2 mini’s and another 100 calorie pack chocolate cupcakes; Couldn’t figure out why

TIP

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels

April 14, 2010

Diet Pepsi

Had a large whole wheat bagel 6pts

Egg whites 1pt

Ham 3pts

Cheese 2pts

Diet Pepsi

Felt funny, my stomach felt empty and weird and like it was falling./ feeling edgy, anxious, bored, I don’t know

(I will try to describe them better in the future)

I ate M&M’s some of the feeling went away, now I will type and fight so I don’t eat any other junk food.

Chicken and stuffing for dinner. I plan not to bread my piece of chicken, measure a half cup stuffing and fill on vegetables or maybe even a salad.

Maybe it’s the diet soda and drinks that are my triggers too. Will keep track

TIP

It is important to track what you eat. If you’re on weight watchers count your points, if not then calories

*Setting a goal a week: this week I will focus on water, fruits & vegetables. Drink to stay hydrated and quell binging. Eat more fruits & vegetables and Try to eat them instead of junk food.
